Role Overview:

The role will drive business development and revenue growth for Futurisk’s Commercial Lines business by expanding its corporate client base and strengthening existing relationships. It combines technical insurance expertise with client advisory, insurer negotiations, and market intelligence to deliver tailored coverage and risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new corporate opportunities, develop targeted acquisition strategies, and implement technical marketing initiatives to grow Futurisk’s Commercial Lines client base and revenue.
- Lead client presentations, insurance awareness sessions to explain Commercial Insurance solutions.
- Advise CFOs, finance heads, and other decision-makers on insurance requirements, risk exposures, coverage options, and programmes suited to their business needs.
- Review insurance policies to identify coverage gaps, exclusions, and potential exposures, and recommend ways to strengthen clients’ insurance protection.




- Work with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and structure coverage.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs, technical submissions, and quote comparisons to help clients assess coverage, exclusions, pricing, and policy terms.
- Guide clients through claims requirements, including policy conditions, and procedures.
- Build and maintain corporate client relationships, support retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Recommend risk mitigation measures and represent Futurisk in technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Track market trends and insurer offerings to identify opportunities and improve Futurisk’s propositions.

Job requirements

- 7 to 10+ yrs experience of handling Commercial Lines business in an insurance broking firms or general insurance companies, backed by hands-on technical expertise.
- Solid knowledge of policy wordings, coverage structures, exclusions, risk assessment, claims management, and policy gap analysis.
- Experience in technical marketing, corporate client presentations, RFQs, quote comparisons, and insurer negotiations.
- Strong client engagement, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex insurance requirements into practical risk and coverage solutions.
