About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to design interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step product workflows, working closely with product managers and engineers.

The mandatory requirements are strong Figma skills, including engineering-ready designs and specs, 3–5 years of product UX design experience, a portfolio with shipped product work, interaction and visual design for complex workflows, interactive prototyping, accessibility and responsive design, and an upper-intermediate English level.

What you will do

- Design and refine interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step product workflows.
- Translate defined business and user requirements into scalable, reusable product solutions.
- Build lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate and validate interactions with stakeholders.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers through implementation to deliver engineering-ready designs and specifications.
- Communicate clearly and work independently across distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.

Must haves

- 3–5 years of product UX design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented product work.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills across complex, multi-step workflows.
- Proven ability to translate defined business and user requirements into scalable, reusable product solutions.
- Experience creating lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate and validate interactions.
- Proficiency in Figma,



including producing engineering-ready designs and specifications.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, edge cases, and error states.
- Experience partnering closely with product managers and engineers through implementation.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with stakeholders in the United States and product development teams in Tokyo and Hyderabad.
- Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

- Experience designing platform products, internal tools, or configuration experiences.
- Experience working with and extending established design systems.
- Experience designing forms, questionnaires, screening tools, or structured workflows.
- Experience with white-label, multi-brand, or configurable products.
- Experience designing products that serve both administrators or employers and end users.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
