BAIS is looking for a Vibe and Ops Executive to be the face of our campus! If you love curating amazing spaces, streamlining admissions, and keeping day-to-day operations flawless, this is for you.

Learning at BAIS – BiCSoM’s AI School is about turning curiosity into cutting-edge AI skills in an environment that sparks creativity. As a mindful member of the BAIS team, we’re looking for a vibrant, organized, and self-driven Vibe and Ops Executive to be the face and heartbeat of our Belagavi campus. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, curating amazing spaces, and ensuring day-to-day operations run like clockwork.

You’ll be responsible for the overall campus vibe, driving the admissions flow, and managing core administrative duties while wearing multiple hats.

You’ll work directly with the C-level team of BAIS, gaining incredible exposure to leadership, education management, and school operations in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

What are we looking for?

- Own the First Impression: Manage the front office experience, ensuring every student, guest, and staff member feels welcomed and inspired from the moment they walk in.
- Curate the Campus Vibe: Actively manage the energy and physical environment of the BAIS campus—ensuring the space is engaging, Gen Z-friendly, organized, and conducive to learning.
- Manage Day-to-Day Ops:



Handle end-to-end daily operations, from facility administration to seamlessly resolving on-ground operational hiccups.
- Drive Admissions: Act as the primary gateway for prospective students. Answer queries, guide them through the enrollment journey, and ensure a smooth, friction-free onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the BAIS C-level team to assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and executing campus-wide initiatives.
- Be a Swiss Army Knife: Wear multiple hats gracefully, stepping in to support student events, community building, and whatever the day demands.

You fit the role if your profile matches most of the points mentioned below:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, front office, administration, or community management (Internship experience counts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (fluency in local languages like Kannada or Marathi is a big plus).
- A naturally welcoming personality with an intuitive understanding of Gen Z culture, tech trends, and modern communication.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and track workflows without dropping the ball.
- Ability to self-learn,



adapt to an unstructured startup environment, and bring positive energy to the floor every day.

- Work location: Belagavi city (In office)
- Working days: 6 days a week
