Job Title: RIM Specialist – Veeva RIM Configuration Consultant

Employment Type: 12+ Months Contracting Role

Important: Candidates with only theoretical Veeva RIM knowledge, business analysis, requirement gathering or support experience without hands-on configuration expertise will not be considered.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault RIM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Submission Content Plans (SCP) and Veeva RIM configuration. The candidate must be capable of independently handling platform configuration, enhancements and end-to-end change management.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Strong functional and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM, particularly Submission Content Plans (SCP).

Ability to independently create, configure and optimize Submission Content Plans and manage document matching.

Hands-on configuration experience with Veeva Lifecycles, Atomic Security, Entry Criteria and Action Triggers.





Experience independently managing configuration changes, enhancements, impact assessments, testing, UAT and deployments.

Solid understanding of regulatory submission processes and Veeva RIM platform capabilities.

Basic understanding of MedTech submission types, including PMA, 510(k) and EU MDR Technical Documentation.

Pharma / Life Sciences Veeva RIM experience is acceptable.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Veeva RIM Configuration Consultant who can independently navigate the platform, configure Submission Content Plans, implement changes and manage the configuration lifecycle.
