Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma HR Manager based in Nandurbar (MH). The HR Manager will oversee HR operations for the manufacturing and pharma setup, including end-to-end employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and coordination with various departments. Daily responsibilities include managing wages and salary administration, maintaining payroll data accuracy, handling employee attendance, and overseeing statutory perks such as Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and gratuity.

The role will ensure compliance with labor laws, pharma industry regulations, and internal policies, including audits, HR reporting, and maintenance of HRIS records. The HR Manager will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling,



and performance management, while partnering with leadership to drive a compliant, safe, and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in HR operations, including HR documentation, HRIS management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with wages and salary administration, payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory benefits handling.
- In-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor law compliance, including maintenance of statutory registers and support during audits.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and skilled manner.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive in pharma or a regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nandurbar and join immediately or within a short notice period.
