Role Description The UPS & Battery Testing / Technical Roles position is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine and advanced testing of UPS units and batteries, documenting test results, and identifying deviations from quality standards. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in preventive maintenance activities, and supporting installation and commissioning tasks as needed.

Team members collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to ensure that equipment meets performance, safety, and reliability requirements. The position also requires preparing clear technical reports,



communicating findings to supervisors, and adhering to all lab, plant, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills, including the ability to follow testing protocols and verify compliance with technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test data, diagnose performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills for handling testing equipment, executing measurement procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of UPS and battery faults and support timely resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to convey technical findings clearly to team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, or related engineering disciplines, is beneficial.
- Experience working with UPS systems, batteries, or industrial electrical equipment and familiarity with safety standards are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate in a team-based technical environment is required
