We are Hiring: Treasury Manager

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai | Experience: 1–2 Years (CA)

We are actively looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join as Treasury Manager handling corporate debt, lender relations, and borrowing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lender Relations: Manage and nurture robust relationships with banking partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Fundraising: Lead and execute fundraising activities across banks and capital market lenders, including proposal preparation, commercial negotiations,



and managing end-to-end approval processes for various credit lines.
- Data & Credit Monitoring: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and sharing of credit monitoring data as required by lenders.
- Documentation & MIS: Oversee all documentation related to banking facilities and capital market borrowings, ensuring strict compliance, precise record-keeping, and maintain accurate internal MIS.
- Presentation Decks: Prepare comprehensive Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and management reporting decks to analyze financial standing and drive strategic decision-making.
- Debt Issuances: Assist in end-to-end Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) and Commercial Paper (CP) issuances.
- Mid & Back-Office Management: Oversee mid-office and back-office operations related to debt servicing and overall borrowing processes.
