Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for planning and managing travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with travelers to understand their preferences, recommending destinations and travel options, and coordinating flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. The role involves handling reservations, processing bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation while monitoring changes, cancellations, and special requests.

The Travel

Consultant will provide proactive customer service before, during, and after trips, resolve issues quickly,



and collaborate with partners and internal teams to secure competitive rates and quality services. The position also requires staying updated on travel trends, visa and compliance requirements, and sustainability-focused travel options to offer informed guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support travelers, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in travel booking tools or GDS platforms, along with solid computer and documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple itineraries accurately.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or travel operations is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
