About the Job

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Relations: Build partnerships, sign MoUs, and invite pharmaceutical companies (production, QA/QC, R&D;, marketing) and hospitals for campus recruitment.
- Recruitment Drives: Plan, schedule, and execute end-to-end campus hiring events, pre-placement talks, and pool drives.
- Student Development: Organize mock interviews, resume-building workshops, soft skills training, and industrial visits.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive databases of student profiles, company contacts, job offers, and placement metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA (HR/Marketing), M.Pharm, or any other relevant degree.
- Experience: 5-8 years in pharma college placements or pharma talent acquisition
- Skills: Robust corporate networking, excellent communication, event coordination, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical job market
