About the Role

We are looking for Trainee Service Engineers ready to relocate to Daskroi, Gujarat and travel extensively across territories.

You will handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service for the complete product range of solid dosage and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service machines at customer sites across India and other territories.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Train customer operators on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Maintain service reports, spare parts records, and feedback.
- Travel frequently as per customer and company requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2–3 years hands-on experience in service/maintenance of pharmaceutical packaging or process machinery (blister, capsule, tablet press preferred).
- Willingness to relocate to Daskroi, Gujarat and travel extensively across territories.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, electrical circuits, and mechanical assemblies.
- Valuable communication skills and customer-handling attitude.
- Ready to work in field conditions and adapt to different customer environments.

Preferred

- Prior experience with blister packing, capsule filling, or tablet press machines.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
