About the role

- Revstories dept within Rytstory is hiring Trainee Content Writers who have recently started their careers in digital journalism, online publishing, feature writing, or newsroom-style article writing.
- We are looking for curious, enthusiastic writers who enjoy discovering interesting stories, researching new topics, and creating engaging content for digital audiences.
- This is a remote, full-time opportunity to learn and write feature-led stories for U.S. and international readers across categories such as science, lifestyle, food, home, entertainment, psychology, pets, history, culture, gardening, and human-interest.

- Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or Media Studies backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.

We expect original, human-written content. AI tools may support research and understanding, but should not be used to generate, rewrite, or humanize the final articles.

Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates must complete a practical writing assessment to evaluate their research skills, originality, writing quality, clarity, and speed.

The end-to-end selection process generally takes around one week, depending on candidate availability and evaluation.
