Role Description The Territory Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Azamgarh, responsible for driving sales and relationship management within the assigned geographic area. Daily activities include visiting farmers, distributors, and retailers to promote agrochemical products, provide product demonstrations, and gather market feedback. The role involves planning and executing territory sales strategies, organizing field meetings and farmer education sessions, and ensuring proper product availability and visibility.

The Territory

Manager will track sales performance, prepare periodic reports,



and coordinate closely with the regional and marketing teams to meet targets. This role also requires resolving customer issues promptly and adhering to all company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field sales, territory management, or business development, preferably in agrochemicals or agri-inputs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for engaging farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Ability to plan and execute territory-level activities, including route planning, field visits, and local events.
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting, record keeping, and use of mobile or digital tools for data entry.
- Sound knowledge of local agricultural practices and crops common to the Azamgarh region is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rural field environments and traveling regularly within the territory.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and uphold ethical and safety standards.
