Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable tenders and manage the complete tendering process, from preparation to submission.
- Handle technical and commercial bidding activities.




- Prepare tender documents, costing, and related records.
- Manage pre-bid queries, compliance requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with nProcure (Gujarat) and GeM portals.
- Solid understanding of government and private tendering procedures.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and submission.
- Experience in PMC or infrastructure-related tenders will be preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
