Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Hyderabad.

The Tendering

Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents, coordinating internal inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive technical and commercial proposals. The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather data, clarify requirements, and ensure accurate costing and risk assessment.





The Tendering

Specialist will maintain tender tracking systems, update documentation, and ensure timely submission of bids in line with company standards and client specifications. The role also includes supporting negotiations, responding to clarifications, and providing post-tender follow-up and reporting to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management and proposal writing skills for handling complete bid preparation and submission.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills for evaluating tender requirements, pricing, risks, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding clearly to client queries.
- Candidates should possess procurement-related knowledge for understanding material sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost estimation.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors, especially in bearings and expansion joint systems, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to strict deadlines, and familiarity with government and institutional tender portals are advantageous.
