About the Role

Avviare Educational Hub is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to support admission and outreach activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing course-related information, generating leads, and following up with interested candidates to facilitate the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and encourage them to proceed with the admission process.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update lead databases, call records, and follow-up status.
- Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings with the admissions team.
- Coordinate with the admission counsellors and outreach team.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Send relevant course information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, as required.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive experience for prospective students.

Required Skills
- Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work towards targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or educational admissions will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Capable of building rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Focused on lead generation, follow-ups, and admission support.
