? Experience: Freshers welcome | 1-5 years preferred

✔️ Strong communication and convincing skills
✔️ Experience in telesales, preferably personal loan sales
✔️ Good customer handling and relationship management skills
✔️ Strong sales-oriented mindset and target achievement ability
✔️ Follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills
✔️ Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage
