We’re looking for a confident, professional Telemarketing Executive to join our CRM team. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, turning enquiries into showroom visits and test drives.
What you’ll do
✔️ Make outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries
✔️ Follow up on leads from digital platforms, referrals and campaigns
✔️ Schedule showroom appointments and test drives
✔️ Keep customer data and call records updated in the CRM
✔️ Share updates on launches, offers and dealership events
✔️ Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls
Who we’re looking for
? 1–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, CRM or automobile dealership operations
? Graduate in any discipline
? Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasion skills
? Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)
? Proficiency in MS Excel, email and CRM systems
? Experience handling premium customers is a plus
? Location: Andheri, Mumbai
