### About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team at IndiFin Solutions. The role involves connecting with customers, assisting with documentation and onboarding, and ensuring a smooth registration process.

### Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Collect and verify the required documents.
- Assist customers with registration and onboarding.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of documentation and registration.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.

### Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.(must know Telugu and English also)
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Attention to detail when handling documents and customer information.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively with the team.
- Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer support experience can apply.
