Responsibilities

Selected interns will work on the following activities during the internship:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing the company's services.
- Explaining services clearly and creating interest among potential customers.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Following up with interested customers and maintaining regular communication.
- Updating call details, customer information, and follow-up status in the records.
- Working with the team to achieve calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.
- Learning effective telemarketing techniques and improving customer interactions through feedback.
