About The Role

We are looking for a Telecom OSS Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Telecom OSS solutions and multilevel operational support. The candidate will be responsible for handling L1, L2, L3, and L4 support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth system operations and service delivery.

The role involves providing end-to-end operational support for Telecom OSS applications, monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and minimizing service disruptions.

The candidate will work closely with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, support system upgrades, and improve OSS solutions. The position also requires maintaining technical documentation, conducting root cause analysis, and following operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational support across L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels for Telecom OSS environments.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with development and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational problems.




- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Develop and improve operational procedures to enhance support efficiency.
- Contribute to OSS enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain incident reports, resolution records, and operational documentation.
