Paperwalls is a Hyderabad-based interiors company specializing in customized wallpapers, curtains and window blinds. We help customers transform their homes and spaces with customized interior solutions and professional installation.

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, qualify potential customers and schedule site visits for our Field Executive.

Responsibilities

- Call and respond to new customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, location, budget and timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine customers.
- Schedule and confirm site visits.
- Follow up with unanswered, postponed and interested leads.
- Maintain accurate lead details and status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Field Executive and Operations team.
- Provide daily updates on calls, qualified leads and site visits.

Requirements
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM systems.
- Self-disciplined and responsible while working from home.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
