Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based at Ghitorni, New Delhi.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential customers about MRH by OK Play air filtration solutions, answer product-related queries, and support sales conversions. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads in a timely and professional manner. Tele Callers will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback, schedule appointments or demonstrations, and help meet team targets. Consistent adherence to scripts,



service standards, and data privacy guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and active listening skills, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to explain technical product features in straightforward terms and address basic customer questions about air filtration solutions.
- Comfort with using call management software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to recording customer interactions and updating databases accurately.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections, manage high call volumes, and maintain professionalism.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Sohna, with a courteous and inclusive communication style.
