The Technology
Architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously assess and improve architectural frameworks to support evolving business needs.
