Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Trainer (Fresher) role based in Chennai.

The Technical

Trainer will deliver structured training sessions focused on technical and placement-oriented skills for students preparing for tech careers.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing training modules, conducting classroom sessions, clarifying technical concepts, and supporting learners through doubt-solving and practice exercises.



The role involves collaborating with other trainers and content teams to ensure training materials remain current and industry-relevant.

The Technical

Trainer will also collect feedback, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s training programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to Technical Trainers and Technical Training, with a strong interest in teaching technology-focused content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including the ability to structure and deliver effective learning sessions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with clarity in explaining concepts and engaging diverse learner groups.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, aptitude skills, or IT fundamentals will be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to adapt to classroom and workshop formats, manage time effectively, and use digital tools to support learning.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring students, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and continuous professional development.
