? Required Technical Skills:

✅ SQL: Strong knowledge of queries, data analysis, database troubleshooting, and management.

✅ Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.

✅ Analytical Skills: Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

✅ Programming: Basic knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or scripting languages.

✅ Technical Support: Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

✅ Problem Resolution: Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and resolve them within defined SLAs.

✅ Communication: Solid interpersonal and customer support skills.
