- Develop technical safety philosophies and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Conduct QRA, FERA, EERA, HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL-related studies.
- Perform fire and gas detection, gas dispersion, dropped-object, and ship-impact studies.
- Prepare hazardous area classification reports and plant safety layouts.
- Define firefighting systems and active/passive fire protection requirements.
- Perform firefighting hydraulic calculations and review PFDs, P&IDs;, and plant layouts.

- Solid Technical Safety Engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of upstream/downstream facilities, refineries, cryogenic plants, and production systems.
- Experience in risk assessment, fire and gas systems, and process safety.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards, design reviews, and plant construction.
- Working knowledge of PHAST/Safety, PIPENET, Aspen HYSYS, and AutoCAD.
- Oil & Gas Surface Production Facilities training or experience is preferred.
