We are looking for an experienced SAP Access Management professional with strong expertise in SAP Security, Access Management, and people leadership to manage offshore teams and drive delivery operations.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP Access Management / SAP Security
- 3–5+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Access, Security, and Authorization processes
- Experience managing offshore teams and delivery responsibilities
- Experience coordinating directly with business managers and stakeholders
- Strong experience in escalation management and operational delivery
- Experience working with medium to large-scale Offshore Development Centres (ODCs) or projects
- SAP Access / Security / Authorization certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate with business managers and key stakeholders
? Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
