– Technical Facility Manager for Mall & Hospital

Qualification: B.E. Electrical (Mandatory)

Experience: 8–12 years from Mall Industry for same profile

Job Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the mall/Hospital along with project execution and tenant fit-out activities. The candidate should have a solid electrical engineering background and experience in handling mall or large commercial property operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day mall operations and ensure all electrical, HVAC, DG, lifts, escalators, fire systems, plumbing and other building services are running smoothly.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, attend breakdowns, and ensure minimum disruption to mall operations.
- Handle project execution, renovation, refurbishment and infrastructure improvement works, including coordination with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
- Manage tenant fit-out activities, including drawing approvals, site inspections, contractor coordination, quality checks and timely completion before store opening.




- Coordinate with the leasing team for tenant possession, site handover, lease and leave-and-licence requirements, and fit-out-related matters.
- Ensure tenants follow mall guidelines, approved drawings, safety procedures and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors and internal departments to resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, parking, waste management and other facility services to maintain mall standards.
- Ensure statutory compliance, fire and life safety requirements, electrical safety and other applicable regulations are followed.
- Manage facility vendors, maintenance contracts, manpower and service-level performance.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, utility consumption, operational budgets and project costs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance, projects, fit-outs, breakdowns and other operational activities.
