Shift Timings (Rotational)
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per roster)
Role Overview
As a Tech L2 Support Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless support experience for learners across PhysicsWallah's diverse product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of student concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Level 2 technical issues across 60+ PhysicsWallah products.
- Diagnose, investigate, and troubleshoot user-reported concerns.
- Coordinate with POD, Product,
and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with students to provide timely updates and ensure closure.
- Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends accurately.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, as assigned.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technology concepts and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, APIs, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
