? Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze borrower financial information, including 10-K, 10-Q, CPA-audited and annual/interim financial statements.
- Spread Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement data into designated tools/templates.
- Perform period-over-period and year-over-year financial analysis.
- Calculate and interpret key ratios covering liquidity, leverage,



profitability, working capital and debt-service coverage.
- Identify significant financial trends, discrepancies and potential credit concerns.
- Perform reconciliation and reasonableness checks.
- Understand client requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive process improvements.
- Handle and support team operations and performance.

? Required Experience

✔ 4+ years of overall experience

✔ 1+ year of experience in Commercial Lending / Credit Analysis / Financial Spreading / Credit Operations

✔ Hands-on experience with 10-K, 10-Q and CPA-audited financial statements

✔ Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial ratios

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Team Handling experience is mandatory
