We are looking for an Indian national with certified Portuguese language proficiency to lead and manage Portuguese-language transcription and AI data annotation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Portuguese-language transcription and data annotation team.
- 6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
- 4 hours: Reviewing completed work, quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing the team's day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil), including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension.
- Strong understanding of spoken Italian, accents, and conversational language.
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Previous experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, linguistic quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
- Prior team management or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Must have:
Must hold a valid, recognized Brazilian Portuguese language proficiency certification such as Celpe-Bras (Certificado de Proficiência em Língua Portuguesa para Estrangeiros), or an equivalent recognized qualification. Applicants must submit a copy of their certificate mentioning the proficiency level, issuing organization, and year of completion during the recruitment process.
