Role Description The Team Lead role at HavStrategy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that marketing strategies align with client objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delegating work, monitoring campaign performance, providing guidance and feedback to team members, and collaborating with clients to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

and support continuous improvement in processes, communication, and results. This role requires proactive leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work workplace.
- Experience in performance marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning, particularly for fashion, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Strong skills in project management, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple campaigns or client accounts.
