About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage the tele calling team. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving admission targets, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring effective communication with prospective students.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission and calling targets.
3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team members' daily calls, follow-ups, counselling, and conversion ratios.
4. Training & Development: Train team members on communication skills, counselling techniques, and effective calling strategies.
5. Lead Management:



Ensure proper distribution, tracking, and follow-up of leads.
6. Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
7. Quality Control: Monitor call quality and ensure professional communication with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, or sales.
- Prior experience in handling and managing a team is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in the education sector, preferably in a college or university.
- Ability to manage a team of telecallers and drive admission conversions.
