We are looking for a energetic and analytical professional with Graduate / Postgraduate in engineering, finance, law, management or related discipline. at least 15 years' experience in port concessions, BOOT/PPP contracts, Approved DPR review, capital-cost determination, asset verification or related maritime, infrastructure assignments; responsible for integrated conclusions and Authority briefing.

Key Responsibilities

- Review port concession agreements, BOOT/PPP contracts, and related contractual documents.
- Assess Approved DPRs and evaluate project capital costs.
- Conduct asset verification and assess maritime infrastructure assets.
- Integrate technical, financial, legal, and contractual findings.
- Provide expert inputs to support decision-making, financial assessments, and resolution of issues related to maritime infrastructure projects.
- Prepare consolidated conclusions, recommendations, and briefings for the Authority.




- Evaluate compliance with concession terms, contractual obligations, and applicable project requirements.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and gaps in project cost estimates, asset records, and supporting documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Finance, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in port concessions, BOOT/PPP contracts, or maritime infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in reviewing Approved Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and assessing project capital costs.
- Experience in asset verification, infrastructure valuation, and contractual assessment.
- Ability to develop integrated conclusions, provide strategic recommendations, and brief the Authority on key findings.
