Key Responsibilities

- Scout, pitch, and onboard influencers and content creators.
- Manage relationships with exclusive talent.
- Pitch creators to brands and secure paid collaborations.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate brand campaigns from briefing to execution.
- Identify opportunities to grow talent visibility and revenue.

Requirements
- 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
- Good understanding of the creator economy and social media trends.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and commercially driven.
- Existing creator and brand connections are a plus.
