THE ROLE

We are growing across engineering, sales, customer success and marketing, and we need a Talent Specialist to own hiring from first conversation to joining day. You will work directly with founders and function heads, and you will have real say in who joins Knowmax. If you treat recruiting as a craft and care about closing the right person, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Partner with hiring managers to define the ideal profile, hiring plan and timeline for each role
- Write clear, honest job posts and manage them across LinkedIn and other channels
- Source proactively, including passive talent, through LinkedIn, referrals, communities and direct outreach
- Screen candidates and present a tight, well-reasoned shortlist
- Coordinate interviews and assessments and keep candidates and managers informed throughout
- Handle offers, negotiation and closing, and stay close to candidates until they join




- Deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant with a valuable impression of Knowmax
- Maintain our ATS and report on pipeline, time to hire, source quality and offer acceptance
- Help improve our hiring process, employer brand and referral programs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services or a technology company
- A track record of hiring across technical roles (software, DevOps, QA) and business roles (sales, customer success, marketing)
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Jobs
- Sharp screening instincts and the confidence to give hiring managers honest advice
- Comfort negotiating offers and managing notice period risk
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized, data-aware, and comfortable working in an ATS
- Ability to handle several open roles at once from our Amritsar office
