Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Hyderabad.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective recruiting strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and documentation.





Day-to-day tasks also include using various job boards and social media platforms, networking with potential candidates, and staying informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and support timely, high-quality selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization as an attractive place to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or professional services, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
