Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across Zell Education, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding.

The role also involves partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, maintaining candidate pipelines, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing to assess role fit and support fair, structured selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding to help promote Zell Education as an attractive, inclusive workplace.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in education, edtech, or professional training environments.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, with clear, qualified communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
