About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional from the NBFC/BFSI sector to manage field hiring and support talent management through data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (primary focus)

- Support field recruitment and coordinate hiring across locations
- Release offer and appointment letters
- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards
- Track hiring metrics and prepare analysis reports
- Identify recruitment gaps and drive closure

Talent Management & HR Analytics

- Maintain the HiPo (high-potential) employee database
- Manage KRA/KPI records
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and analytics reports




- Support talent review and succession planning
- Generate workforce insights from data

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent management and HR analytics
- Mandatory: NBFC and BFSI industry experience
- Non-IT hiring background
- Solid Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience in dashboards and MIS reporting
