Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisiton Intern to join our team for a 4-month journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and learn the inner workings of an HR consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening : Assist in identifying potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Documentation : Maintain and update candidate databases and internal recruitment trackers.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Content Support : Help draft job descriptions, social media posts, and candidate outreach emails.
- Research : Conduct market research on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).




- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
