About The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Intern to help keep our customers’ shipments moving from warehouse to port. You will work across freight, documentation, and compliance, and learn how an export shipment actually runs end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Track live shipments and update customers and internal teams on status
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and shipping lines
- Support preparation and checking of export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading
- Help ensure shipments meet customs, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and missing inputs before they turn into problems
- Maintain clean, organised records of every shipment and its documents
- Flag process gaps and help us build simpler, repeatable workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-school
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling several shipments at once
- Good coordination and communication skills
Compensation
- Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
- PPO: Strong performers get a pre-placement offer for a full time role
- ESOPs: Be a part-owner of what you help build (on full-time conversion)
