- Lead and supervise the dipping team to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Monitor production performance, identify process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
- Manage process parameters during style and customer changes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, QCPC guidelines and safety procedures.
- Optimize manpower allocation, machine utilization and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and process efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably in dipping operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of dipping processes and equipment.
- Positive team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality and safety standards.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and process improvement will be an added advantage.
- Technical qualification or Bachelor's degree preferred.
