Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Subject Matter Expert – Data Science & Machine Learning. The role involves designing and delivering learning content on data science, statistics, machine learning, and data analytics for students preparing for tech careers.

The Subject Matter

Expert will create structured curriculum materials, including lectures, assignments, projects, and assessments, ensuring they are aligned with current industry practices. Daily responsibilities include explaining complex concepts in a clear manner, mentoring learners, answering technical queries,



and providing feedback on their work. The role also requires collaborating with the content and product teams to update learning resources, integrate real-world case studies, and continuously improve course outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Statistics and Data Science, with practical experience applying these concepts.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including working with real-world datasets and drawing actionable insights.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar).
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in technical subjects is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt content to evolving industry trends.
