About the Role

Vivekananda Institute of Visionary Education (VIVE), Thakurpukur's most advanced tech-enabled coaching institute, is hiring Expert Faculty and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the upcoming session. We are hiring per-subject specialized teachers—with one single,



dedicated teacher assigned to each subject—across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, SST (Social Studies), and English.

In this role, you will own the depth and accuracy of your specialized subject, delivering high-quality classroom instruction while fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes student success. Because our schedule requires no school-hour timings per day, this position is ideal for young professionals, post-graduates, or experienced tutors looking to make an impact in a modern, tech-enabled academic setting.

Key Responsibilities (Beyond Just Teaching)

Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-energy, concept-clearing physical classes for students in Classes 7 to 12 across ICSE, CBSE, and WBBSE boards.

Digital Content Creation: Create short, high-quality Digital Notes and PDFs tailored for our student app.

Practice &

- Assessment Material: Prepare structured Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) for your specialized subject and ship error-free content aligned to the board syllabus and exam pattern on schedule.

Curriculum Alignment: Plan, organize, and implement lessons that encourage students to develop their full academic potential, updating study material whenever the board revises the syllabus or exam pattern.

Student Progress Evaluation: Assess and monitor student growth,



providing constructive feedback and academic support to drive student achievement.
