At Kaizen Wellness, we’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded professional to lead our studio’s business operations, sales, client relationships, and marketing coordination.

Kaizen is a boutique wellness destination bringing together Pilates, yoga, recovery therapies, mindfulness, and a wellness café.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, lead with confidence, and help us build a thriving wellness community.

YOUR ROLE

1. Sales & Business Growth

- Drive monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Convert enquiries and leads into memberships and packages.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and renewals.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, corporate wellness, and community collaborations.
- Track sales performance, conversions, and business growth.

2. Client Experience & Relationship Management

- Be the key point of contact for clients.
- Ensure exceptional service from the first enquiry through the entire client journey.
- Build meaningful client relationships and drive retention.
- Manage client feedback, concerns, and service recovery.
- Create a welcoming, premium, and personalised studio experience.

3. Studio Operations & Team Coordination

- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with trainers, front desk, recovery, and café teams.
- Ensure schedules, bookings, and client communications run efficiently.




- Implement and maintain operational SOPs and service standards.
- Monitor team performance, accountability, and operational efficiency.

4. Marketing & Community Building

- Work closely with our marketing team to drive enquiries and conversions.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, workshops, and wellness events.
- Develop local partnerships and community engagement opportunities.
- Ensure marketing activities translate into measurable business results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ 4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or premium service businesses.

✓ Strong commercial understanding and a proven ability to drive revenue.

✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

✓ Experience managing teams and business operations.

✓ Organised, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.

✓ Comfortable working with sales targets, CRM systems, and performance reports.

✓ An interest in wellness, movement, and healthy living.
