Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Kochi.

This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate will guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic background, financial budget, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct counseling sessions and guide students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Provide information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Assist students with application forms and required documentation.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, admission offers, and visa submissions.
- Coordinate with universities and international education partners.
- Maintain student records and update application progress.
- Participate in student outreach activities, seminars,



and educational events.
- Provide accurate and ethical guidance throughout the admission process.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling, education consultancy, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of overseas education and admission processes is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of student visa procedures and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and online application portals.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries and follow-ups.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
