Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Ltd (ICCS) an engineering and power consultancy firm part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group is hiring for Structural Engineer.
Job Purpose To undertake structural design, analysis and engineering of various hydraulic and infrastructure structures for Hydropower, Pumped Storage and Irrigation Projects, ensuring compliance with applicable design standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis of dams, spillways, stilling basins and other hydraulic structures.
- Undertake design of power intakes, desilting basins, tunnels, shafts, penstocks, pressure tunnels and steel liners.
- Carry out structural design of powerhouse buildings and associated civil structures.
- Perform stability analysis of concrete gravity dams and earth-cum-rockfill dams.
- Design anchor blocks, retaining walls and other associated hydraulic structures.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, drawings and technical documents.
- Coordinate with civil, hydraulic, geotechnical and other engineering teams for project deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards and project specifications.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory).
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
- Experience in Hydropower, Pumped Storage and/or Irrigation Projects.
- Valuable understanding of structural design principles, analysis methodologies and applicable engineering codes.
- Ability to prepare structural design calculations, reports and technical documentation.
