Job Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive for our new dancewear and footwear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable products, handling sales and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing dancewear, ballet clothing, dance shoes and other related accessories.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

Handle daily sales activities and ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain proper records of sales, inventory and stock movement using Microsoft Excel.

Assist with stock management, including inventory inward and outward records.

Ensure products are properly displayed and the store remains clean and organised.

Handle basic computer operations and assist with billing and online orders.





Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and daily store activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in spoken English with good communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Basic understanding of computers and internet operations.

Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Ability to communicate confidently and assist customers.

Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with an interest in dance, ballet, fashion or sportswear will be preferred.

- Experience in garment, footwear or retail sales will be an added advantage.
