? WE ARE HIRING | STORE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support our store operations and ensure efficient material management.

? Position Details

- Job Title: Store Assistant
- Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Work Location: In-person

? Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate stock records, stock registers, bin cards, and daily material logs.
- Support material issuance and returns with proper documentation and approved requisitions.
- Assist in preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and return notes.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist in stock verification, inventory audits, and daily/weekly store reports.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, material labeling, stacking, and safety standards.
- Support the Store Officer in procurement follow-ups and other store-related activities.





? Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Commerce or a relevant field preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store operations or material handling.
- Experience in the manufacturing or marine industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
