Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction groups of companies:

We are hiring a Sr. BIM Modeler for our sister company, United-BIM, to work on US-based residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, and other building projects.

The role will involve BIM project coordination, team management, quality control, and direct coordination with US-based clients and project teams.

Job Location:

- Ahmedabad – Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba
- Work from Office
- Monday to Friday

Shift Timings:

- Evening: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
- Shift may vary based on business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models as per project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Review BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Coordinate with US-based clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings and implement client feedback.




- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, workflows, and required LOD levels.
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Guide junior BIM Modelers and support team productivity and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–4 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD 100–500, and BIM standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on US-based AEC projects will be preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and stakeholders.
